This company specialise in the design, installation and maintenance of renewable heating sources to both residential and commercial properties. As the sector continues to grow, this business is going from strength to strength with big future ambition.
Your role within the company will involve overseeing maintenance and repair operations with commercial and domestic heat pumps ensuring a high quality of work is being completed in a timely manner. As part of this you will mentor junior staff and will be involved in shadowing exercise to ensure the correct standards are implemented.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a background in a senior role working on mechanical and electrical processes. As part of previous roles, they will have been involved in managing P&L, managing in-house and contracting staff and troubleshooting complex systems.
The Role
* Managing in-house and contracting service team
* Working on Domestic and Commercial Heat Pump Systems
* Managing Profit and Loss for the Service department
The Person
* Experienced in a Senior role within Engineering sector
* Experience working on both mechanical and electrical systems
* Experience with MCS standards desirable
